2013—2015年北京市朝阳区公共场所用品用具消毒效果评价及对策

摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区公共用品用具卫生消毒效果。方法对2013—2015年辖区内公共用品用具监测,并对监测结果进行分析。结果 2013—2015年朝阳区公共场所公共用品用具共计检测样品5 558件,合格5 499件,合格率98.9%,合格率较高。不同季度检测结果显示,2013和2015年第3季度样品合格率较低,分别为97.8%和98.0%,2014年第1季度合格率较低,为96.7%,其中2014和2015年全年四季样品合格率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年度第2季度样品合格率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2013—2015年住宿类场所共计抽检样品2 342件,合格2 327件,合格率为99.4%;文化娱乐场所共计抽检样品827件,合格799件,合格率为96.6%;美容美发场所共计抽检2 389件,合格2 373件,合格率为99.3%,不同类型公共场所用品用具监测各年合格率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);在不合格监测项目中,菌落总数合格率最低,且各年合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.098,P<0.01)。结论辖区内公共用品用具卫生状况良好,对于第1、3季度更应加强公共用品用具的卫生消毒,同时对于文化娱乐场所公共用品用具的消毒效果有待进一步提高。[Objective]To know the disinfection effect of public supplies and utensils in Chaoyang District.[Methods]The public supplies and utensils in Chaoyang District were monitored from 2013-2015,and the results were analyzed.[Results]Totally 5 558 samples of public supplies and utensils in Chaoyang District were detected,5 499 were qualified,with the high qualified rate（98.9%）. The qualified rates in the third quarter of 2013 and 2015 and the first quarter of 2014 were lower relatively,which was97.8%,98.0% and 96.7% respectively,and the differences in the qualified rate were statistically significant among four quarters in2014 and 2015（P〈0.05）,while the difference in the qualified rate in the second quarter was statistically significant among different years（P〈0.05）. During 2013-2015,2 342 samples from accommodation places were detected and 2 327 were qualified with the qualified rate of 99.4%,827 samples from entertainment places were detected and 799 were qualified with the qualified rate of96.6%,2 389 samples from beauty salons were detected and 2 373 were qualified with the qualified rate of 99.3%,and the differences in annual qualified rate were statistically significant among different type public places（P〈0.01）. In the unqualified items,the qualified rate of total bacterial count was the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant among different years（χ~2=28.098,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The sanitary condition of public supplies and utensils in Chaoyang District is good. It is necessary to strengthen disinfection of public supplies and utensils in the first and the third quarter,and the disinfection effect of public supplies and utensils in entertainment places needs to be improved.
