摘  要:目的分析南昌市、县(区)两级疾病预防控制(疾控)系统人力资源现状,为合理分配人力资源服务。方法使用自行设计的调查表,由各疾控机构负责人力资源管理的科室填写相关信息,经汇总后用于数据分析。结果南昌市级及县(区)疾控机构在岗人员共计735人,人均疾病预防控制人员为1.4/万人,专业技术人员共计565人,占总体人员的76.9%;其中医学卫生类相关专业技术人员518人,占总体人员的70.5%。市级疾控机构专业技术人员比例高于县区级疾控机构(χ~2=17.4,P<0.01);市级疾控机构本科及以上人员占68.8%,县(区)级本科及以上人员占41.3%,学历在两类机构间差别有统计学意义(χ~2=155.4,P<0.01);市级疾控机构卫生类专业技术人员中的中高级职称人员(77.0%)较县区(51.8%)比例高,职称分布差别有统计学意义(χ~2=45.9,P<0.01)。结论南昌市辖区内的疾控机构人员尚显不足,县区级疾控机构人员学历、职称等方面有待提高,应建立健全人才引进、培养、职称晋升制度,深化政府职称改革,争取进一步提高疾控机构的人力资源素质。[Objective]To analyze the situation of the human resources in city-level and county/district-level centers for disease control and prevention(CDCs) in Nanchang City,provide the scientific basis for the reasonable allocation of human resources.[Methods]Self-designed questionnaire was completed by the human resource management department of CDCs,and the data were analyzed.[Results]Totally 735 employees were registered in city-level and county/district-level CDCs in Nanchang City,and there were 1.4 disease control and prevention workers for every per 10 000 population. The proportion of the professional and technical personnel was 76.9%,and the medical and health professionals accounted for 70.5%. The propor-tion of the professional and technical personnel in municipal CDCs was higher than that in the county/district CDCs(χ2=17.4,P〈0.01). The proportion of employees with bachelor degree or above in municipal CDCs and county/district CDCs was 68.8% and 41.3%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=155.4,P〈0.01). The proportion of health professionals with intermediate and senior titles in municipal CDCs(77.0%)was higher than that in the county/district CDCs(51.8%),and the dif-ference in title distribution was statistically significant(χ2=45.9,P 0.01).[Conclusion]There is still a shortage of control and prevention workers in CDCs of Nanchang City,and their education level and the professional title need to be improved. It is nec-essary to establish and improve the system of talent introduction,training and promotion of titles,deepen the reform of professional titles,and strive to further improve the human resources quality of CDCs.
