中药热奄包穴位熨烫治疗风寒咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热奄包穴位熨烫治疗风寒咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的中医辨证为风寒咳嗽的患者80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予中药热奄包穴位熨烫治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽症状缓解时间,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组患者的临床总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后观察组与对照组患者咳嗽症状积分及咯痰症状积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者的咳嗽症状积分及咯痰症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组患者咳嗽缓解及咯痰缓解时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包穴位熨烫治疗风寒咳嗽疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Reyanbao acupoint ironing treatment on cold cough. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group was given routine treatment, observation group was given Chinese medicine Reyanbao acupoint ironing therapy. The clinical curative effects, the cough symptom score, the cough symptoms time, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, the total efficiency of treatment group was significantly increased （P〈0.05）; compared with before treatment, the symptoms of cough and expectoration symptom integral decreased in both groups decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）, the cough and expectoration symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; compared with control group, the relif time of cough and expectoration of treatment group was significantly shortened （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine Reyanbao acupoint ironing treatment is effective in cold cough, which is worthy of promotion in clinical.
