加减四妙勇安汤结合局部臭氧注射治疗类风湿关节炎关节疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服四妙勇安汤与局部臭氧注射治疗类风湿炎关节疼痛的疗效。方法将76例类风湿关节炎患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组38例。治疗组采用加减四妙勇安汤配合局部臭氧注射,对照组采用西医常规治疗,口服甲氨蝶片、来氟米特片及双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。连续治疗1个月后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为86.8%,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者在"休息痛指数"、"关节压痛指数"及"关节肿胀指数"改善上有显著性差异(P<0.05),与治疗后比较,治疗组在"休息痛指数"和"关节压痛指数"改善上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规西药治疗组比较,四妙勇安汤与局部臭氧注射治疗疗效更优,能更有效地改善患者的临床症状。s： Objective To observe the curative efficacy of oral administration of modified Simiao Yong＇an decoction combined with local ozone injection on rheumatoid arthritis （RA） pain. Methods 76 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 38 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with modified Simiao Yong＇ an decoction combined with local ozone injection, control group was treated with western medicine and orally treated with methotrexate, Leflunomide tablets and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release tablets. The efficacies were evaluated after 1 month of continuous treatment. Results The total effective rate was 94.7% in treatment group and 86.8% in control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; compared with before treatment, there were significant differences on the improvement of both groups in rest pain index, joint tenderness index and joint swelling index （P〈0.05）, compared with after treatment, the improvement of treatment group in rest pain index and joint tenderness index was better than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine western medicine, the clinical efficacy of modified Simiao Yong＇ an decoction combined with local ozone injection is better, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
