摘　　要：目的膝骨性关节炎给患者的生活、工作及社交带来极大的困难,近年来针灸疗法在膝骨性关节炎治疗中形成许多新方法、新理论,本文就膝骨性关节炎针灸治疗方法进行综合述评。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学服务系统(CBM)等资料库,检索时间自2011~2016年,获取针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎相关文献综合分析。结果显示针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎有一定疗效,方法各异,但缺乏高质量临床研究文献。结论针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎有一定疗效,方法多样灵活,但孰优孰劣尚难判定,期待开展多中心、大样本、高质量的临床研究工作,为针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎提供理论依据与支持。s： Knee osteoarthritis （KOA） brings great difficulties to life, work and social contact to patients. In recent years, acupuncture has formed many new methods and new theories in treatment of KOA, this paper is aiming to a comprehensive review on acupuncture treatment of KOA via computer retrieval of CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP journals database, Chinese biomedical service system （CBM） database from year 2011-2016, to obtain a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of KOA. The results shows that there is certain effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of KOA, the methods are flexible, but it is difficult to judge which is supior or inferior. Multi center, large sample and high-quality clinical research work are needed to provide a theoretical basis and support for the acupuncture treatment of KOA.
