摘 要:目的对大型公共建筑的空调系统用能不合理现状进行改造,降低其供冷热方面的能耗,提高其经济性.方法对青岛市某公共建筑空调系统的实际能耗进行分析;对空调系统制冷机组及输配设备性能进行现场测试,并进行能效分析.结果测得制冷机组的能效比(COP)比较低,水泵效率远低于额定值.对使用年限较长的制冷机组更换性能较高的设备,水泵等输配系统加装变频装置,并按照负荷大小合理匹配开启台数.结论从建筑实际能耗及测试数据出发,使用合适的节能改造技术,合理匹配负荷率,使建筑的空调系统设备匹配更为合理,从而有效降低建筑能耗.Modify the air conditioning system of large public buildings for its unreasonable energy consume,to reduce its energy consumption for cold and hot,further to improve its efficiency. A public building air conditioning system of the actual energy consumption in Qingdao is analyzed;the field test for refrigeration units and pipeline equipment performance of air conditioning system and the analysis of energy efficiency are carried. The results suggest that COP of the refrigeration unit is low,the pump efficiency is much lower than the rated value,As for fixed number of year longer refrigeration unit replaced high performance equipment,water pumps and other distribution system equipped with frequency conversion device,and according to the reasonable matching load size open sets,Starting from the building energy consumption and actual test data,using the appropriate energy saving transformation technology,matching reasonable load rate,which makes the building air conditioning system equipment matching more reasonable,thus effectively reduce building energy consumption.
