西瓜染色体易位系对杂交一代西瓜性状的影响

摘　　要：用^(60)Co-γ射线辐照干种子诱变西瓜种子,选育西瓜染色体易位系,得到2个纯合的自交系,并用其与正常二倍体自交系进行杂交研究。结果表明,易位系杂交F_1每个植株花粉均为半败育;组合多数保留了对照组合(非易位系亲本杂交组合)的杂种优势和优良特征特性;其单瓜籽粒数都明显少于对照组合,且果实可溶性固形物含量都有不同程度提高,从而提高了西瓜杂交种F_1的品质和商品价值。Dry seeds of watermelon by ^60Co-γ ray irradiation mutagenesis breeding, obtained 2 homozygous translocation inbred lines, and the paper studied the F_1 hybrids watermelon variety which were developed by crossing of translocation lines and normal inbred lines. The result showed that F_1 hybrids were each pollen semi steril, and retained most the heterosis and features of the non-translocation lines of hybrid combinations. The number of single fruit seeds was significantly small than the control group, and the fruit soluble solids content were improved in different degrees to improve watermelon hybrid F_1 quality and commodity value.
