摘  要:通过对5种基质配方在猴头菇菌丝生长、子实体生物学性状及其产量方面的比较,筛选适宜猴头菇栽培的最佳基质配方,以期实现猴头菇的高效栽培。结果表明,配方5(棉籽壳14%,木屑70%,麦麸15%,石膏1%)菌丝生长较快,生物学性状优良,生物学效率为86.7%,是最佳的猴头菇基质配方,前3潮子实体平均产量最高,为433.5 g/袋,除了与配方4产量差异不显著外,与其他配方的产量差异均达极显著水平;其次是配方4(棉籽壳14%,木屑60%,香菇菌渣10%,麦麸15%,石膏1%),生物学效率为84.4%,前3潮子实体平均产量为422.0 g/袋,与其他配方的产量差异均达极显著水平,也是一种值得推广的猴头菇基质配方。This test compared the 5 matrix formulas in mycelium growth, biological characteristics and fruit body yield of Hericium erincaceus, screening the best formula, to achieve the efficient cultivation. The results showed that formula 5th had fastest mycelia growth speed, the fruit body yield about the first three tides was the highest with 433.5 g per bag, compared with the 4th formula, the yield was not difference, but compared with other formulas the yield difference all reached extremely significant level, and the biology efficiency was 86.7%. It was the best formula for H. erincaceus cultivation. Formula 4th was lower than formula 5th, and the yield and biological efficiency were 422.0 g per bag and 84.4%, respectirely. So it was worth spreadingical.
