摘 要:以英国红红芸豆为试材进行"3414"大田肥料试验。结果表明,叶面积指数(LAI)随氮肥施用量的增加逐渐增加,但随磷、钾肥施用量的增加逐渐降低;光合势(LAD)随着氮肥施用量的增加逐渐增加,随磷肥施用量的增加而降低,随着钾肥施用量的增加先增加后降低;叶绿素含量与氮磷钾施肥量之间没有明显的相关性,但缺水会影响叶绿素的合成;株高随氮、磷肥施用量的增加逐渐增加,随钾肥施用量的增加逐渐降低;根茎粗随着氮、磷肥施用量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,随钾肥施用量的增加逐渐增加;不同氮磷钾配比对红芸豆主茎节数的影响没有规律。相关性分析结果表明,叶面积指数(LAI)在初荚期(R3)与产量的相关系数为0.633 7,达到了显著水平;光合势(LAD)与产量呈显著正相关;株高与产量呈一定的正相关;主茎节数在初荚期(R3)与产量的相关性较好;红芸豆各产量相关因子与产量均呈正相关。"3414" fertilizer test was performed by using red kidney bean "Yingguohong" as the material. The results showed that leaf area index(LAI)went up gradually with the increasing of N fertilizer amount, while decreased with the increasing of P and K fertilizer amount. Photosynthetic potential increased as increase of the N fertilizer amount, reduced with the increasing of P fertilizer amount and first increased and then fell down with the increasing of K fertilizer amount. There was no obvious relativity between chlorophyll content and N, P, K fertilizer amount, but the synthesis of chlorophyll was inhibited under water stress. Plant height increased as the N and P fertilizer amount increase, while gradually decreased with the increasing of K application amount. The diameter of root-stem first increased and then decreased followed the application of N and P fertilizer, while raised as the increasing of K fertilizer amount. Different combination of N, P and K treatments had no effect on node numbers of main stem. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.633 7(P〈0.05)between LAI and yield at the pod-bearing stage. Positive correlation was observed between yield and yield-related traits investigated in this study.
