山西省鸡传染性鼻炎病原株的分离鉴定

摘　　要：从山西省某鸡场疑似鸡传染性鼻炎的病鸡眶下窦分离到2株革兰氏阴性小杆菌,通过PCR扩增其16S rDNA序列,测序结果经过比对鉴定为副鸡嗜血杆菌。玻板凝集试验结果确定分离株血清型为A型;抗生素药物敏感试验结果表明,分离菌株对磺胺甲恶唑、磷霉素高敏,对头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟、氯霉素、卡那霉素中敏,对庆大霉素、氧氟沙星耐药。Two Gram-negative bacteria strains were isolated from infraorbital pouch of sick chicken in a chicken farm where would happen infectious coryza in Shanxi province. 16S rDNA sequence of isolates were amplied by PCR,and sequence alignment suggested that these isolates were Haemophilus paragallinarum. The result of bacterial agglutination test indicated that these isolates were Serotype A. Drug sensitive test showed that these isolates were high sensitive to sulfamethoxazole, fosfomycin, and moderate sensitive to cefoperazone, cefotaxime, chloramphenicol, kanamycin. But these isolates were resistant to gentamicin and ofloxacin.
