摘 要:加快山西省农产品冷链物流的发展,对发展现代农业、提高农民收入、促进经济转型有着重要意义。通过实地调研和借鉴国内外的研究成果,选取了衡量山西省农产品冷链物流发展水平的4个主要指标(冷链物流设施设备、冷链物流市场化程度、冷链物流运输能力、冷链物流的经济效益),构建模糊综合评价模型,确定了山西省农产品冷链物流的发展水平较弱,并对影响其发展的主要因素和发展中存在的问题进行分析并提出建议:建立政府、行业和相关企业联动机制;注重冷链物流人才的培养;构建"互联网+"冷链物流模式;重视农产品冷链"最先一公里",降低物流成本,促进山西省农产品冷链物流的快速健康发展。Accelerating the development of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Shanxi province is of great significance to the development of modern agriculture, the increase of farmers' income and the promotion of economic transformation. In this paper,cold-chain logistics equipment, cold-chain logistics marketability, cold-chain logistics transport capacity, cold-chain logistics economic efficiency were selected through the field research and reference the results of domestic and foreign research. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to determine the development level of the cold-chain logistics for agricultural products in Shanxi province, the level of development was weak, and the main factors affecting its development and the existing problems of development were analyzed and then several suggestions were put forward, which were the establishment of linkage mechanism among government,industry and related enterprise, focusing on personnel training of cold chain logistics, building "Internet +" cold chain logistics model,paying attention to "first-one-kilometer" for the cold-chain of agricultural products, reduce logistics costs, and promote the rapid and healthy development of cold-chain logistics for agricultural products in Shanxi province.
