摘　　要：对海南、茂名和齐鲁三套固定床渣油加氢装置失活催化剂的剖析数据进行对比分析,给出Fe在催化剂上和催化剂颗粒间的沉积量及相应负荷,表征了Fe在催化剂颗粒内沉积分布情况,分析了Fe与积炭沉积的关系及对装置操作的影响。Analysis data of deactivated catalysts from three typical fixed bed residue hydrotreating units in Hainan, Maoming and Qilu companies were compared. The deposition amount and the corresponding load of Fe on the catalyst particles and between catalyst particles were determined. The distribution of Fe in the catalyst particles was characterized. The relationship between Fe and carbon deposition was analyzed as well as the influence on the operation of the device.
