摘 要:以柠檬酸(CA)和聚己内酯二醇(PCL-diol)为单体进行熔融缩聚制备聚己内酯二醇-co-柠檬酸(PCC)预聚体,并采用盐析法将PCC预聚体与NaCl混合,真空热固化后除去NaCl,得到PCC弹性体多孔支架,研究了NaCl尺寸与用量对多孔支架孔结构及性能的影响。结果表明,预聚体与致孔剂质量比为1:6,致孔剂粒径为400目时,制得的多孔支架的各方面性能最优。PCC pre-polymer was obtained by melt polycondensation of citric acid and polycaprolactonediol, the porous scaffold was prepared via mixing salt porogen and PCC pre-polymer, thermosetting in vacuum and salt removing. The effect of salt size and dosage on pore structure of scaffold was discussed. On the basis of this, the best size and dosage of porogen were investigated. The results showed that the best performance of porous scaffold was obtained when the mass ratio of pre-polymer to porogen was 1: 6, and porogen size was 400 mesh.
