摘　　要：存量规划对实现我国土地资源利用总量和强度"双控"的要求至关重要。《郑州京广路地段城市设计》是基于存量规划的更新型城市设计,针对存量规划"空间复杂、权属复杂、任务多元、推进困难"的特点和困难,以存量挖潜为基础,综合评估存量空间;以市场机制为依托,全面盘活存量空间;以协调统一为原则,实现多项规划的协同编制;以具体实施为导向,进行详实具体的深度设计,探索科学完善的存量规划编制方法。Inventory planning is key to control the amount and strength of land resources utilization in China. Urban Design for Zhengzhou Jingguang Road Area is a kind of urban renewal design based on inventory planning. Based on inventory planning＇s characteristics and difficulties as a result of＂complex space, complex ownership, multiple missions, and difficult practice,＂ it attempts to realize the following objectives： comprehensively evaluate inventory space on the basis of inventory potential tapping; activate inventory space based on market mechanism; achieve the collaborative compilation of multi-plans based on harmony and unity; make implementation-oriented detailed and in-depth design. In brief, it provides a reference for making a scientific and thorough inventory planning methodology.
