摘  要:运用ANASY Workbench软件,对具有不同焊点布置方式的空气预热器波纹式密封板点焊模型进行有限元静强度分析,通过对焊点个数、焊点间距、焊点排数对空气预热器波纹式密封板静强度的研究,得到一种在满足静强度要求前提下,适用于空预器波纹式密封板的点焊模型,根据结果判定合理的焊点布置形式,并最终确定出对工程实践具有指导意义的分析结果,为后续空预器纹板式密封组件点焊工艺、疲劳寿命的分析和疲劳试验的研究奠定了理论基础。The finite element static strength analysis for corrugated seal plate in air preheater with different arrangement modes was carried out by using ANASY workbench software. Based on the study of the static strength for the corrugated seal plate in air preheater by the number of solder joints, the distance between the solder joints and the number of solder joints, a spot welding model which can be used to meet the requirement of static strength for corrugated seal plate of air preheater was achieved. And then the rationality and validity of spot welding structure were verified. Finally, the analysis results with guiding significance for engineering practice were determined.
