采用LabVIEW组态软件的调压铸造计算机控制系统设计

摘　　要：在分析国内外现有铸造工艺和调压铸造工艺流程的基础上,设计了一种TY-2型调压铸造自动控制系统,并给出了该调压铸造自动控制系统的设计方案,包括计算机控制系统、上位机硬件结构和上位机软件设计。采用LabVIEW工控组态软件对上位机程序进行了具体实现,具有压力传感器标定程序、串行通讯程序、铸造流程显示程序和故障报警程序等功能。实例应用结果表明,基于LabVIEW的调压铸造计算机控制系统具有友好的人机交互界面、操作过程简单、报警设置合理等优点。The TY-2 type adjustable pressure casting control system was designed, and a detailed design scheme of the automatic control system for adjustable pressure casting were introduced, which include computer control system, PC hardware structure and soitware design. LabVIEW configuration software was used to implement the program, which has the function of pressure sensor calibration program, serial communication program, casting process display program and fault alarm program. The results of the examples show that the advantages of LabVIEW adjustable pressure casting control system has a friendly man-machine interface, simple operation, reasonable alarm setting based on.
