摘 要:传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺难于满足高端产品对材料力学性能和砂型铸造工艺的要求,为此探索出新的返回法精炼铸造锡青铜工艺,具有以下特点:一是在熔炼过程中减少了氧化锌、氧化锡、氧化铜及氧化铅的络合物形成,二是在精炼后期通过还原反应从产生的络合物(熔渣)再还原回铜合金,提高了铜合金的收得率,三将高密度的包容体熔渣还原成低密度的氧化物熔渣上浮至铜液表面,净化了铜合金熔液。与传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺比较通过返回法精炼的铜液更纯净,材料有更好的力学性能。A new return refining process for casting tin bronze was explored, the process has the following characteristics: one is reducing formation of zinc oxide, tin oxide, copper oxide and lead oxide complex in the process of melting; the two is back to the copper alloy through the reduction reaction resulting from complex (slag) in the period of refining, to improve the yield; the three is the reduction of the inclusion with high density into the oxide slag with low density to float up to the surface of liquid copper, the copper alloy melt is purified. Compared with the traditional smelting process for casting tin bronze, the copper alloy melt is purer by return method, and the material has better mechanical properties.
