摘 要:以新疆棉花秸秆为原料,以氯化锌为活化剂制备棉秆基活性炭.采用正交试验方法研究了氯化锌与生物炭的质量比、浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间对活性炭持水能力的影响.以持水能力为参考指标,极差分析结果表明,制备棉秆基活性炭的最佳工艺条件为:氯化锌与生物炭质量比为3∶2、浸渍时间为20h、活化温度为550℃、活化时间为90min,此时活性炭的持水能力为7.77g/g.活性炭的SEM、比表面积测试结果表明,所制备的活性炭孔洞结构已被破坏成为碎片,在碎片上还可看到更为微小的孔洞;活性炭的平均孔径为3.73nm,最可几孔径为1.81nm.Cotton straw material were carbonized for 3h at the temperature of 400℃, which were grinded and mesh screened, then biological carbon were activated by zinc chloride to make activated carbon. The effects of zinc chloride and biological carbon mass ratio, soaking time, activation temperature and activation time on the water holding capacity of activated carbon were studied by orthogonal test. The water holding capacity as reference indica- tors, the analysis results showed that the best technological conditions for preparing carbons were as follows :zinc chloride and biological carbon ratio of 3:2, the soaking time of20h, activation temperature of 550 ℃, and the acti- vation time℃ 90min, the water holding capacity of activated carbon was 7.77g/g under the best technological conditions. The test results of specific surface area and SEM based on activated carbon show that the pore structures of activated carbon were broken into debris, the smaller holes were distributed on the debris; the average pore size and the most probable aperture were 3.73nm, 1.81 nm, respectively.
