环保封片剂在小蛾类外生殖器制片中的应用

摘　　要：封片剂种类繁多,在鳞翅目小蛾类研究中起到非常重要的作用,我们尝试将贝索(BaSO)无二甲苯超净高级封片剂用于小蛾类外生殖器标本制作,经作者多年实践,对贝索(BaSO)无二甲苯超净高级封片剂的性能、贮存及使用方法,进行了讨论,以期为小蛾类制片提供参考.Mounting medium is very important in the research of microlepidoptera. BaSO environmental mounting medium is used in genitalia slide--mounting of microlepidoptera for the first timeand the function, storage and usage are discussed in this paper according to the authors＇ practice. The aim of the present paper is providing references for the genitalia slide--mounting of microlepidoptera.
