协同护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力及治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力与治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2016年1—12月我院血液透析中心行维持性血液透析的200例患者,按照随机数字表法分为协同护理组和对照组,各100例。对照组接受常规护理,协同护理组接受协同护理模式护理,干预时间为6个月。比较2组患者自我护理能力与透析依从性得分情况。结果干预前,协同护理组与对照组患者自我护理能力总分、4个维度得分,透析依从性总分及4个维度得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,协同护理组自我护理能力总分及4个维度得分,透析依从性总分及4个维度得分均较高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理有助于提高血液透析患者的自我护理能力和透析依从性,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative care model （CCM） on self-care ability and treatment compliance in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled and randomized into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group. Control group received routine care and study group CCM care for six months. Patients＇ self-care ability and dialysis compliance were analyzed before and after intervention. Results The total score of self-care ability and the score of its four dimensions, the total score of dialysis compliance and the score of its four dimensions in study group and control group indicated no statistical significance before intervention （P〉0.05）. All scores in study group were significantly higher than those in control group after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CCM nursing model effectively improves the self - care ability and dialysis compliance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and it is worth to be popularized clinically.
