彩涂板生产中有机废气的来源及其防治对策研究

摘　　要：彩涂钢板生产加工过程会有大量挥发性有机物(VOCs)产生,其相关生产企业也是有机废气污染治理工作的重点关注企业。以上海市某彩涂钢板生产企业为具体案例,对彩涂钢板的生产工艺进行了简要介绍,并就彩涂钢板生产过程中挥发性有机物废气的产生工序及其污染防治措施进行了评述,同时讨论分析了设计和生产中宜注意的环保问题。A large amount of volatile organic compounds（VOCs） can be produced during the production of color-coated steel plate,and the related production enterprises are also the key enterprises concerned with the management of organic waste gas pollution. Taking a color-coated steel plate production enterprise in Shanghai as concrete case,the process of color-coated steel plate was briefly presented. Meanwhile the pollution source of volatile organic compounds waste gas in color-coated steel plate production and its pollution preventive measures were discussed. Further some environmental protection issues for attention in design and production were analyzed.
