摘　　要：T·S·艾略特把身体书写纳人诗歌，在身体上写下各种符号，表达不同的思想。艾略特诗歌中的身体文本可归纳为双性同体、女性身体、变形身体、死亡身体以及病患或残损身体。对身体文本进行考察，可以窥见作为文本内修辞手段、历史语境中的话语，以及作为身份认同的要素的身体背后的文化、历史和政治态度和信息。身体一直是诗歌传统中一个重要的表意符号，身体不仅是人物命运的物质载体，它更具丰富的内涵和外延。身体因此成为艾略特诗歌研究的另一个切入点，解读艾略特诗歌中的身体文本的含义对于艾略特诗学研究来说意义重大。In T. S. Eliot＇s poetry, there are quite a lot of textual bodies which can be identified as androgynous body, female body, disfigured body, dead body, and sick or hurt body. These textual bodies are employed as medium of human fate to express various ideas and thoughts, and they serve as rhetorical devices, historical discourses and identity recognition, conveying the poet＇s cultural, historical and political stance and information. Through close reading, this article attempts to look into T. S. Eliot＇s poetry from a different perspective, examining the denotations and connotations of the textual bodies. In doing this, it seeks to find another useful approach to T. S. Eliot＇s poetry, which is of great significance to the study of T. S. Eliot＇s poetry.
