摘　　要：“弑父”之语在西方文学中长盛不衰，这根植于西方特有的宗教文化沃土。与西方人特有的宗教文化心理密切相关。“弑父”现象的本质是推陈出新。尽管鲍德温对赖特本人始终怀有敬意，但其对黑人同胞融于血液的爱，必然驱使他发表文章、径直将矛头指向以赖特为首的自然主义抗议小说家，并对其展开猛烈、直接、严厉的攻击。他把赖特及其作品看做是自己创作的牢笼，试图在继承赖特黑人抗议文学的基础上实现超越，从而创建一种新的写作范式。鲍德温这种文学“弑父”的创作实践是美国文学史上不可或缺的元素，为处于转折时期的新型黑人文学创作担当了探路先锋，掀开了美国黑人小说在主题塑造和形式建构方面新的篇章。＂Patricide＂ is deeply rooted in western literature due to its unique religious culture and religious mindset of western people. The nature of ＂Patricide＂ is to bring forth the new through the old. Baldwin respected Wright from the bottom of his heart, but the steadfast love he had for his black compatriots drives him to ruthlessly attack Wright, head of Naturalistic protest novelists. Wright and his works are regarded as the hurdle of his creation, which he tries to go beyond on the basis of the inheritance and form a new writing mode. Baldwin＇s patricide in literary creation is an indispensable element in the history of American literature, and it is seen as the vanguard of new American black literature in its turning period, which becomes the driving force in creating new themes and forms of American black novels.
