摘  要:在港口集装箱堆场装卸作业过程中,集装箱龙门起重机发挥着巨大作用。随着港口集装箱吞吐量的上升,提高装卸效率势在必行。现场分析场桥装卸工艺会发现,场桥吊具与集装箱拖车的对位是制约场桥装卸效率的瓶颈环节之一。因此,开发了一种利用激光测距技术来完成场桥吊具与集装箱拖车快速对位的系统。实践证明该系统可以提高场桥装卸效率,降低拖车司机劳动强度,避免安全隐患。Gantry crane plays an important role in loading and unloading operation in the port container yard. With the increase in container throughput, it is imperative to improve the loading and unloading efficiency. On-site analysis of gantry crane loading and unloading process reveals that the alignment between spreaders of gantry crane and container trailers is one of the bottlenecks for improving the handling efficiency of gantry cranes. To break the bottleneck, a system based on the laser ranging technology is developed to facilitate quick alignment between the spreader and container trailer. Application has proved that the system promises high loading and unloading efficiency of gantry cranes, low labor intensity for drivers and less security risks.
