摘　　要：针对客运索道关键部件重型托压索轮组的质量和产量瓶颈,分析了重型托压索轮组装配的难点和关键点,阐述了开发研制的4种关键设备的功能、结构、工艺流程及关键技术,确保重型托压索轮组组装生产线降低劳动强度、提高装配质量和生产效率。To overcome quality and production bottlenecks in the production of heavy duty riding press cable pulley set, a key component of the passenger ropeway, the paper analyzes difficulties and key points during the assembly and elab- orates on functions, structure, technological process and critical technologies of the four kinds of key equipment to lower la- bor intensity, and improve the assembly quality and production efficiency on its assembly line.
