摘　　要：目的:调查株洲地区20家医院静脉治疗护理现状。方法:便利抽取株洲地区20家医院249个住院科室进行问卷调查和现场调查。结果:9家医院成立了静脉治疗小组,1家医院成立了经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)门诊,16家医院组织过"静疗规范"培训,但参与人员有限;"静疗规范"执行现况不理想,静脉输液工具应用不合理尤为突出。结论:株洲地区部分医院静脉治疗护理专业化发展完善,但整体水平亟待提高,建议整合地区资源,构建合理管理模式,提高地区整体静脉治疗水平。Objective：To investigate the status quo of venous nursing in 20 hospitals in Zhuzhou. Methods： We investigated 249 inpatient departments of 20 hospitals in Zhuzhou by using questionnaires. Results： Totally 9 hospitals established intravenous therapy groups and 1 hospital established PICC outpatient department. Totally 16 hospitals implemented the training of the promulgated Intravenous Therapy Nursing Technique Operation Specification in 2014, but the participants were limited. The current status of the Specifications implementation was not satisfactory and the irrational use of intravenous infusion tools was particularly prominent. Conclusion： Some hospitals in Zhuzhou established well-established intravenous therapy nursing system, but the overall level needs to be improved. We should integrate regional resources and establish reasonable management model in order to improve intravenous transfusion level of the whole region.
