摘　　要：半乳糖凝集素(galectin)是一个广泛分布于微生物、植物和动物(包括寄生虫)中的蛋白家族。随着后基因组学和功能蛋白质组学研究的深入,作为寄生虫感染和免疫中发挥重要作用的虫源性分子,galectin引起越来越多研究者的关注。本文综述了近年来发现的虫源性galectin及其在寄生虫入侵、移行、致病和免疫逃避中作用的研究进展。Galectins are a family of proteins that widely distribute in microorganisms, plants and animals （including parasites）. With the advance of post-genomics and functional proteomics analysis of parasites, galectins have gained more and more attention as one of the key functional molecules involved in infection and immunity. This paper reviews the recent studies on the galectins and their roles in parasite invasion, migration, pathogenesis and immune evasion.
