摘  要:中国共产党历来重视榜样教育,树立的榜样形象经历了"舍生忘死""公而忘私""政治至上""拼搏进取""多样人性"的变迁历程。在中国共产党的发展历程中,榜样教育发挥了重要的历史作用,但也存在榜样生成"官方化"、榜样宣传"神性化"、榜样学习"形式化"等问题,造成人们对榜样的疏离、质疑甚至是抹黑等突出现象。针对这些现象,榜样教育既需要坚持推进,也需要转变思维,理性把握"有穷"与"无穷"的限度;既需要创新内部模式,优化榜样自身的生成、宣传和学习机制;也需要改善外部环境,将其与社会主义核心价值观的培育践行结合起来,实现两者良性互动。As the Communist Party of China has always been attaching importance to model education,the images of model has undergone the transformation from"disregarding one’s own safety "in the new democratic revolution period, "public business comes before private affairs" in the socialist revolution and construction period,the "political supremacy" in the "Cultural Revolution" period,the "hardworking and enterprising" in the early era of Reform and Opening-up and"diversification and humanization"after the adoption of market economy,all of which plays an essential historical role.However,there exist problems in CCP’s model education like the officialization in model generation,the divinization in the publicity of model,the formalization in the learning of model,causing the protruding phenomena like the alienation,challenge and smearing of the model in today’s complicated environment.The future development of model education calls for both persistent promotion and shift in thinking to rationally grasp the limitation of"finiteness"and"infinity";both the innovation of internal pattern,the optimization of the generation,publicity and learning mechanism of models and the improvement of the external environment to combine the model education with the nurture practice of socialist core values so as to realize the benign interaction between them.
