摘　　要：相亲与自由恋爱是新生代农民工两种主要的婚恋路径,在打工经济不断深化的背景下,它们都发生了逻辑上的转变。相亲为了保证缔结婚姻的成功率而具形式化、条件交换和理性算计的特征,从而愈来愈成为新生代农民工的"噩梦";自由恋爱以感情为男女关系的合法性基础,但却无法构建婚恋关系稳固的制度环境,从而使得婚恋关系面临极大的社会风险,自由恋爱愈来愈成为新生代农民工抹不去的"伤痕"。相亲和自由恋爱共同作用,将新生代农民工的婚恋分离,打破了相亲模式的民间制度保障,也去除了自由恋爱中爱情的美好,婚恋关系的统一被打破,婚恋秩序遭到挑战。基于此,我们认为,要适应婚恋关系合法性基础的转变,重视婚恋关系中的主体意识和参与意识,积极重建婚恋关系的经营模式,将爱情的美好与民间制度的保障统一起来,为新生代农民工的婚恋寻找更好的社会出路。Blind date and free love are the two main ways of marriage for the new generation of migrant workers. In the context of deepening the working economy, they have changed logically. In order to ensure the success rate of marriage, blind date is increasing the characteristics of formalized, conditional exchange and rational calculation, which increasingly become the new generation of migrant workers＇ ＂nightmare＂.As free love, Feeling is the legal basis for the relationship between men and women, and which can not built a stable institutional environment of marriage relationship and make marriage and love to face great social risks.Free love more and more become the new generation of migrant workers＇ wiping ＂scars＂.The collective effect of blind date and free love makes the new generation of migrant workers＇ marriage and love separation,which is not only break the civil system protection in the blind date, but also remove the feeling in free love. The unity of marriage and love is broken, and the order of marriage is challenged.We have to adapt to the changes of legal basis of marriage and love, and pay attention to the Subject Consciousness and the Consciousness of Participation in marriage and love, and rebuild the business model of marriage and love actively. We should unify the beauty of love and the protection of the civil system for the new generation of migrant workers＇ marriage and love to find a better social way out.
