地佐辛对妇科腹腔镜术后患者肛门排气时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨地佐辛对妇科腹腔镜术后患者肛门排气时间的影响.方法 分析2015年1—6月收治的116例接受妇科腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与地佐辛组.对照组采取常规护理方式,地佐辛组采取术毕返回病房后肌内注射地佐辛针7.5 mg,分别于术后2 h（T1）、术后4 h（T2）、术后6 h（T3）、术后12 h（T4）及术后24 h（T5）进行视觉模拟评分（VAS）,并记录肛门排气的时间.结果 地佐辛组患者T1、T2、T3的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,随着时间代谢药物浓度减弱,两组患者T4、T5的VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.地佐辛组肛门排气时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 妇科腹腔镜术后患者肌内注射地佐辛7.5 mg能有效缓解术后疼痛,缩短肛门排气时间.Objective To investigate the effects of dezocine on the first flatus time with patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 116 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were included from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and dezocine group. The patients in control group were given routine care; meanwhile, the patients in dezocine group were given postoperative intramuscular injection of dezocine 7.5 mg immediately after they were back to the ward. Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） was used to evaluate the scores at 2 h （T1）, 4 h （T2）, 6 h （T3）, 12 h （T4） and 24 h （T5） after the operation. The first flatus time was recorded.Results The VAS scores of T1, T2 and T3 in dezocine group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences in the VAS scores of T4 and T5 between two groups, since the drug concentration decreased due to the metabolism over time. The first flatus time in dezocine group was shorter than that in control group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Intramuscular injection of dezocine 7.5 mg after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and shorten the first flatus time.
