摘　　要：目的 探讨新型防滑脱输液器的疗效与安全性.方法 选择2015年1—12月住院输液患者400例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例,观察组采用自行研制的新型防滑脱输液器进行静脉输液,对照组采用普通的一次性输液器,观察两组意外脱管率、输液反应发生率.结果 对照组意外脱管29例、输液不良反应9例,观察组无意外脱管、输液不良反应1例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 新型防滑脱输液器的意外脱管率低,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广应用.Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of a new-type anti-lippage infusion set. Methods Totally 400 inpatients receiving infusion between January and December 2015 were selected and equally and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the observation received intravenous infusion with an independently-developed and new-type anti-slippage infusion set, while patients in the control group received infusion with common disposable infusion sets. Then their accidental slippage rate and incidence of infusion reaction were observed.Results As for the control group, totally 29 patients saw accidental slippage and 9 patients showed adverse reactions to infusion,while no patients in the observation group saw accidental slippage and only 1 patients had adverse infusion reactions（χ2=31.27, 6.56;P〈0.05）.Conclusions The new-type anti-slippage infusion set reduces the accidental slippage rate, and it is safe and worthy of clinical application and expansion.
