摘　　要：研究大型散料装卸机械关键机电设备工作状态监测的应用技术,通过对状态监测过程和监测方式分类分析,设计了适用于散料装卸机械的状态监测方案和监测系统,对监测方案里在线状态监测和离线监测中典型监测部件及其主要特征参数的监测应用进行了论述,实现了对设备定期和连续的状态监测,满足了现代工业对机械设备安全、稳定运行的要求,促进了自动化和科学化的设备管理。The paper focuses on researching the application of status monitoring technologies in critical electromechanical equipment of large bulk material handling machines. Status monitoring scheme and monitoring system applicable to large bulk material handling machines are designed based on classified analysis of status monitoring process and monitoring mode. The paper further elaborates on the application of typical monitoring parts and their main characteristic parameters in on-line and off-line monitoring stated in the scheme, which allow regular and continuous monitoring of such equipment, satisfies modem industry＇ s demands on safe and stable operation of equipment, and facilitates automatic scientific management of equipment.
