社区就诊失眠人群高血压患病率及其相关因素的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析社区就诊的失眠人群高血压患病情况及其相关影响因素.方法 通过分层整群随机抽样的方法对本社区15岁以上的2215名就诊失眠人群进行问卷调查,并进行体格检查,分析其年龄、体重、睡眠时间等,判断失眠人群出现高血压病症的概率,并分析失眠人群高血压患病的影响因素.结果 经调查后发现,失眠人群中高血压患病率较高,且对比就诊失眠人群的年龄、体重、睡眠时间及睡眠状况,发现高龄、体重超重、睡眠时间过少等人群高血压患病率较高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 本社区就诊失眠人群高血压患病率较高,且失眠人群高血压患病与年龄、体重、睡眠时间有关.Objective To analyze the prevalence of hypertension and related influencing factors in insomnia patients.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 2215 insomniacs aged 15 years and over in this community.Physical examination was conducted to analyze the age,body weight and sleep time.The probability of hypertensive patients with insomnia was determined.The influencing factors of hypertension in insomnia were analyzed.Results The prevalence of hypertension was higher in the insomnia group,and the age,weight,sleep time and sleep status of the insomniacs were higher than those of the insomniacs.The prevalence of hypertension was higher in the elderly,overweight and too little sleep time.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in insomniacs is higher in this community,and the prevalence of hypertension in insomniacs is influenced by their age,body weight and sleep time.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of hypertensive disorder the probability.
