破格救心汤治疗真心痛阴竭阳脱证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察破格救心汤治疗真心痛阴竭阳脱证的临床疗效.方法 将真心痛阴竭阳脱证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组予以破格救心汤联合西医常规心衰治疗,对照组予以西医常规心衰治疗.从总疗效分析、治疗前后中医症候积分、NYHA心功能分级、BNP方面观察破格救心汤治疗真心痛阴竭阳脱证的临床疗效.结果 治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率76.32％,对照组总有效率48.00％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后症候积分由22.05±2.31减少为10.76±2.58,对照组由21.36±2.53减少为13.52±1.42,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.BNP治疗组由（1531.34±400.64）pg/ml降低至（324.73±78.55）pg/ml,对照组由（1568.52±418.60）pg/ml降低至（557.37±96.37）pg/ml,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 真心痛中医辨证为阴竭阳脱者,使用破格救心汤予以救治,临床疗效显著.Objective To observe the Clinical effect of Pogejiuxin decoction treatment of Real heart pain yin and yang exhausted simultaneously.Methods The Real heart pain yin and yang exhausted simuhaneously were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was given Pogejiuxin decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment of heart failure,the control group received conventional western medicine treatment of heart failure.From the analysis of the total effect before and after treatment,symptom scores,NYHA heart function classification,BNP observation of Pogejiuxin decoction treatment of Real heart pain yin and yang exhausted.Results The treatment group compared with control group,treatment group the total efficiency was 76.32％ of the total effect of the control group,the total efficiency was 48％,compared to the treatment group and control group were significantly different （P＜0.05）.The treatment group compared with control group,the treatment group after treatment symptom scores was from 22.05±2.31 to 10.76±2.58,reduced by 21.36±2.53,the control group decreased to 13.52±1.42,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.BNP treatment group decreased from （1531.34400.64）pg/ml to （324.73±78.55）pg/ml,the control group reduced from （1568.52±418.60）pg/ml to （557.37±96.37）pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Pogejiuxin decoction treatment of Real heart pain yin and yang exhausted simultaneously clinical curative effect is outstanding.
