摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔软组织缺损老年患者焦虑情绪改善的作用。方法:选取2013年10月至2016年5月我科收治的前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔软组织缺损老年患者32例,分成对照组(n=16)和干预组(n=16),对照组仅执行常规的围手术期护理和普通的健康教育,干预组除以上内容外,对患者采取心理干预措施,并应用焦虑自评量表SAS对两组患者进行干预前后心理状况评估比较,同时对护理工作的满意度、住院相关信息及护理安全方面进行比较。结果:心理干预前,两组患者的SAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),心理干预后,干预组患者的焦虑情况明显缓解,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提高了对护理工作的满意度、减少一级护理天数及平均住院费用、保证了护理安全,收到良好效果。结论:心理干预能有效缓解前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔软组织缺损老年患者的焦虑情绪,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the treatment of senile patients with oral soft tissue defects by forearm free flap. Methods： A total of 32 senile cases of forearm free flap for the oral soft tissue defects were divided into control group （n=16） and psychological intervention group （n=16） according to hospital admission time. In the control group, only routine perioperative care and general health education were performed. In addition, the intervention group took psychological intervention measures. The self-rating anxiety scale was used to compare the psychological status of the two groups before and after the intervention, and the satisfaction of nursing work, hospital- related information and nursing safety were compared. Results： Before the psychological intervention, the two groups of patients with SAS scores were no significant difference （P〉0.05）, after psychological intervention, the anxiety symptoms in intervention group of patients were relieved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of nursing work was improved, the number of nursing days and the average hospitalization expenses were reduced. We also ensured the safety of nursing, and received good results. Conclusion： Psychological intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety of senile patients with forearm free flap to repair the defects of oral soft tissue, which is worthy of clinical application.
