碘普罗胺在腮腺造影中应用的评价

摘　　要：目的:分析评估碘普罗胺在腮腺造影中的应用价值。方法:对53例使用碘普罗胺的腮腺造影进行评估,并与64例使用76%泛影葡胺的腮腺造影进行对照,观察其诊断价值、患者舒适度及操作难易程度有何差异。结果:碘普罗胺在腮腺造影的使用中,操作难度及患者舒适度明显优于76%泛影葡胺,两者的诊断价值无明显差异。结论:进行腮腺造影时,碘普罗胺可替代76%泛影葡胺成为首选造影剂。Objective： To analyze the clinical value of iopromide in sialography. Methods： 53 images of sialography by iopromide were analyzed and compared with 64 images by urografin in terms of value of diagnosis, comfort of patients and operation difficulty. Results： In sialography, iopromide is more convenient and comfotable than urografin and there is no significant difference in the value of diagnosis between them. Conclusion： In sialography, iopromide can take the place of urografin.
