益气活血中药治疗糖尿病的自噬机制研究进展

摘　　要：本文从气虚痰浊血瘀理论与现代自噬理论的相关性着手,归纳近年来益气活血药通过调节自噬机制治疗糖尿病及其并发症的相关研究.通过分析认为,益气活血药可通过促进机体组织细胞发生自噬,对糖尿病及其并发症起到治疗作用.The literatures were searched and summarized about the autophagic operating mechanism on the TCM benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation for the diabetes and diabetic complications. The study found that Chinese herbs with the function of benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation could motivate the tissues＇s autophagy, which had good the rapeutic effect on diabetes and diabetic complications.
