摘　　要：目的:探讨监狱服刑人员的自杀风险与其心理健康及睡眠质量的关系。方法:采用简明国际神经精神访谈(MINI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠指数问卷(PSQI)对803名在监服刑人员进行调查。结果:(1)803名服刑人员中,最近一个月有自杀风险的人数为34人(4.2%);(2)服刑人员PSQI总分(7.16±3.29),睡眠质量较差;(3)除睡眠药物和睡眠时间因子外,有自杀风险的服刑人员在SCL-90各因子得分、PSQI总分及其他各维度得分上均高于无自杀风险的服刑人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)Logistic回归分析显示,抑郁因子、恐怖因子对自杀风险具有显著的正向预测作用(β=1.71,P<0.01;β=0.99,P<0.05);刑期因子对自杀风险具有显著的负向预测作用(β=-0.47,P<0.05)。结论:心理健康状况及睡眠质量是监狱服刑人员自杀风险的影响因素。Objective：To explore the risk of suicide in a sample of inmates and analyze the relationship between sleep quality,mental health and suicide risk.Methods：A total of 803 inmates were investigated with the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview（MINI）,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）.Results：（1）In 803 inmates,there were 34 people at the risk of suicide.The proportion was 4.2% of total number of investigations.（2）PSQI score of inmates was（7.16±3029）which indicated poor sleep quality of inmates（refer to Chinese norm PSQI〉7 for the poor quality of sleep）.（3）Except sleep medicine factor and sleep time factor,those who were at the risk of suicide had higher scores in SCL-90 and PSQI,comparing with those who were without suicide risk.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（4）Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that both depression and phobia factor had significantly positive prediction to suicide risk（β=1.71,P〈0.01;β=0.99,P〈0.05）while sentence factor had significantly negative prediction to suicide risk（β=-0.47,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The situation of mental health and the quality of sleep both have important effects on suicide risk of inmates.
