摘　　要：目的:编制大学生求职主动性问卷,并检验其在大学生群体中的信度和效度。方法:通过前人文献和访谈获得初始项目,对两个样本进行集体施测,样本一用于项目分析和探索性因素分析,样本二的数据用于验证性因素分析,样本二的部分被试同时完成效度验证的问卷,包括职业决策效能感和动机控制,同时还搜集了部分被试的班主任老师对其就业力的评价数据。结果:(1)探索性因素分析显示求职主动性问卷分为3个维度,分别是自发率先、积极准备、被动3个维度;(2)验证性因素分析结果显示,求职主动性问卷的3个因子在样本二的拟合良好;(3)外部效度验证结果显示,求职主动性与职业决策效能感和动机控制、就业力评分呈中等程度相关;(4)求职主动性问卷Cronbach α系数为0.84,自发率先、积极准备、被动的Cronbach α系数分别为0.79,0.76,0.68。结论:求职主动性问卷在大学生群体中信效度良好,可以用于相关研究中的评估。Objective：To develop the questionnaire of College Students＇ Job Seeking Initiative,and test its reliability and validity.Methods：The initial items were obtained through previous literature and interviews.Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were performed with the sample 1（n=623）and confirmatory factor analysis was performed with sample 2（n=587）.Part of participants of sample 2（n=188）were administered with Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale,and Motivation Control scale,and at the same time,the evaluation data of the employability were collected.Results：（1）Exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire was divided into three dimensions,spontaneous and initiative,positive preparation,and passive.（2）Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three factors of the job seeking initiative questionnaire were well fitted in the sample 2.（3） College Students＇ Job Seeking Initiative Questionnaire showed adequate criterion validity,moderately related with career decision-making self-efficacy and motivation control,employability score.（4）The Cronbachαof the total scale was 0.84,the Cronbachαof the subscales were 0.79 for spontaneous and initiative,0.76 for positive preparation,0.68 for passive.Conclusion：The questionnaire is appropriate for the evaluation of related research with acceptable reliability and validity.
