摘  要:为了研究自然通风模式下和"湿帘-风机系统"下妊娠舍和产仔舍空气细菌气溶胶的分布规律,筛选出更适合养猪生产的养殖模式,采用Andersen-6级撞击式空气微生物采样器对2种通风模式下的妊娠舍和产仔舍15个采样点细菌气溶胶的浓度和粒子分布规律进行了比较分析。结果显示:2种通风模式下产仔舍的细菌气溶胶浓度均显著低于妊娠舍(P<0.05);相较于自然通风模式,"湿帘-风机系统"可以显著减少妊娠舍内细菌气溶胶的浓度(P<0.05),但是对产仔舍影响不显著(P>0.05);细菌气溶胶粒子均主要分布在>7.0μm和2.1~3.3μm区间,通风模式和猪舍类型对细菌气溶胶粒子的分布无显著相关(P>0.05)。研究表明,"湿帘-风机系统"可以显著降低妊娠舍细菌气溶胶的浓度。In order to study the distribution regularity of bacterial aerosol in pregnant sow pen and litter pen under natural ventilation and cooling Pad-fan system,the present investigation with 15 sampling points in pregnant sow pen and litter pen of two ventilation modes by Andersen percussive microbial airborne sampler was carried out to screen out more appropriate model for pig production. The results showed that bacterial aerosol concentration in delivery pen was significantly lower than pregnant pen( P〈0. 05). The concentration was reduced significantly under cooling Pad-fan system compared with natural ventilation in pregnant sow pen( P〈0. 05),but there was no significant difference in litter pen( P〉0. 05). The distribution of bacterial aerosol particle distributed over 7μm and ranged from 2. 1 to 3. 3μm. The bacterial aerosol distribution had nothing to do with the ventilation mode and styles of piggery( P〉0. 05). Therefore,cooling Pad-fan system can significantly reduce the bacterial aerosol concentration in pregnant sow pen.
