摘　　要：为了实现交易匹配的高效率、低成本,分析了电子中介的模式、运作过程及价值所在;在分析软件产品特性的基础上综合考虑三方利益,提出以买卖双方满意度最大和中介满意度最大为目标建立交易匹配模型,并根据运筹学原理中的指派问题对模型进行了求解和仿真实验,结果表明该模型在提升三方满意度方面有明显的作用。对电子中介这一虚拟机构存在的安全隐患和公平竞争的环境问题进行了总结,并提出几点建设性的意见。To achieve the high-efficiency and low-cost of transaction matching,the trade way of electronic brokerage was applied to software outsourcing.The mode,running process and value of electronic brokerage were analyzed.Based on analyzing the characteristics of software products and considering the benefits of buyer,seller and brokerage,the transaction matching model by taking the maximum satisfaction of three parties as the objective was constructed,which was solved and simulated by assignment problem in operational research.The result showed the obvious effect of the proposed model on promoting the satisfaction degree of three parties.The hidden trouble and fair competition environment which existed in the virtual electronic brokerage was concluded,and several pieces of constructive suggestion was proposed.
