摘 要:目的考察瓦锅、东华原密闭煎药机、东华原"十功能"自动煎药机(单煎、双煎)对四逆汤、复方补骨脂汤、复方白芍汤、银翘散4个代表汤剂煎煮质量的影响,筛选适宜的煎煮方法,为确保临床汤剂的安全和有效提供实验依据。方法以高效液相色谱法测定4个汤剂煎液中9种主要有效成分的含量,综合比较分析不同煎煮方法对汤剂有效成分煎出率的影响。结果东华原"十功能"自动煎药机双煎模式对四逆汤中双酯型乌头碱类成分水解效果与瓦锅煎煮效果相当,且煎液中其他有效成分为瓦锅的1.01~1.84倍。结论东华原"十功能"煎药机双煎模式煎煮效果优于或相当于传统瓦锅煎煮和东华原密闭煎药机及单煎模式,且节省人力、物力,操作简便,可作为医疗机构临床汤剂的煎煮器具。Objective To explore the effects of Casserole,Donghua original closed decoction machine and Donghua original "ten function" automatic decoction machine( single-decoction, double-decoction) on the quality of decoction of Sini Decoction,Compoundrecipe Buguzhi Tang,Compound Radix Paeoniae Alba and Yinqiao San,and to seclet appropriate decocting methods,so as to ensure the safety and effective of the decoction. Methods The contents of nine major active ingredients in 4 decoction were determined by HPLC. The effects of different decoction methods on the decocting rate of active ingredient were comprehensively analysed and compared. Results The hydrolysis effect of diester-type aconitine analogs in Donghua original "ten function" automatic decoction machine double-decoction mode was equivalent to casserole boiling in aconitum carmichaeli hydrolysis of Sini Decoction. and the other active ingredients content or the sum in the decoction are1.01 ~1.84 times of the casserole. Conclusion Donghua original "ten function" automatic decoction machine double-decoction mode decocting effect is superior or equivalent to the traditional casserole decoction and Donghua original closed decoction machine single-decoction mode,and it has advantages of saving manpower and material resources,convenient for operation,which can be used as medical institutions clinical decoction of the decoctuator.
