摘　　要：针对煤炭铁路运输中存在的冻车、风损等问题,提出了装车过程中同时喷洒防冻液与抑尘剂的方案,阐述了自动制液系统以及自适应喷洒系统的工作原理并对喷洒系统关键设备进行计算选型,重点研究了系统采用的关键技术,并对自动控制系统进行设计。系统自动化程度高,实用性强,已成功应用在实际生产中。Aiming at the coal freezing and loss in railway transportation, the paper presented a scheme spraying antifreeze and dust suppressant during train compartment loading, introduced the principle of automatic liquid preparation system and adaptive spraying system, made the calculation and selection of key equipment. Key technology of the system was specially studied and the control system was designed. The system is highly automated and practicable, which has been proved in practical production.
