摘  要:研究丁腈橡胶(NBR)对胎圈胶硫化特性、物理性能、动态力学性能以及粘合性能的影响。结果表明:随着NBR用量的增大,胎圈胶的硫化速率增大,门尼粘度减小,硬度略微增大;老化前,随着NBR用量的增大,胎圈胶的拉伸性能逐渐降低,撕裂强度先减小后增大;老化后,NBR明显延缓了胎圈胶物理性能的降低,特别是在抗撕裂性能方面;随着NBR用量的增大,胎圈胶的损耗因子和动态生热增大;NBR的加入能显著提高胎圈胶与胎圈钢丝的粘合性能,NBR用量在20份时粘合性能最佳。The effect of NBR on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,dynamic properties and adhesion property of the bead compound of radial tire was investigated.The results showedthat with the addition level of NBR increasing,the vulcanization rate of bead compound increased,Mooney viscosity was reduced and hardness increased slightly.Before aging,with the addition level of NBR increasing,the tensile properties of the bead compound decreased gradually,and tearing strength of bead compound decreased firstly and then increased.After aging,the drop of mechanical property,especially tear strength,was reduced with addition of NBR.The loss factor of bead compound increased and dynamic heat build-up increased with the increase of NBR content.NBR could effectively improve the adhesion property between bead wire and bead compound,and the best adhesion property could be obtained when the addition level of NBR was 20 phr.
