摘 要:对传统同步转子从螺旋角大小角度进行结构改进,使长棱与短棱螺旋角大小具有一定的差值,运用专业粘弹性流体软件Polyflow对3种不同类型同步转子流场的混炼过程进行了动态模拟分析,通过对3种同步转子混炼1 s得到的瞬态流场模型模拟结果分析两种转子的性能。结果表明,改进后的同步转子在原有性能基本不变的情况下,具有更好的轴向拉伸性能,能够更有效地改善混炼效果,提高密炼机的生产效率,对今后转子构型的优化设计提供一定理论依据。Traditional synchronous rotor was improved by changing the magnitude of spiral angles to make a certain magnitude difference between the spiral angles of the long edge and short edge.Polyflow,a professional viscoelastic fluid software,was used in the dynamic simulation analysis of mixing process and flow field of three different types of synchronous rotor.The performance of rotors was evaluated by simulation of the transient flow field model established after mixing for 1 s.The results showed that the improved synchronous rotor retained the basic original performance,and had better axial stretching effect,which could effectively improve the mixing effect and increase productivity.This study would provide a certain theory basis for optimal design of rotor configuration.
