摘　　要：国防知识产权体系作为资源配置的重要杠杆,可以完善知识产权体系,提升科技创新能力,是我国在世界和平主旋律下实施创新驱动发展战略的重要保障。在促进创新驱动发展战略过程中,国防知识产权保护的深度和广度也接受着时代的检验。国防专利的保护和推广,通过健全以公平为核心的保护制度、加强专业管理队伍建设、注重人才要素培养、完善产权激励制度、坚持全面保护原则、扩展产权保护方式、构建政产学研一体化机制,以促进军民融合技术交流和成果转化。National defense intellectual property rights system as an important lever of the allocation of resources, improves the intellectual property system, promotes scienti fi c and technological innovation ability, is the most important guarantee of our country under the theme of world peace for carrying out the strategy of innovation driven development. In the process of innovation driven development strategy,the width and depth of the intellectual property protection is to accept the inspection of the times. The protection and promotion of national defense patent, through perfecting with justice as the core of protection system to strengthen the construction of professional management team, pay attention to personnel training, improve the incentive factors of property rights protection, insist on the principle of comprehensive protection, extensions of property rights protection, building an integrated system of political-production-teachingresearch, to promote communication and civil-military integration technology achievements transformation.
