摘　　要：2011年,谷歌斥资125亿美元收购摩托罗拉移动以应对来自微软、苹果及其他公司对Android系统的威胁。本文针对谷歌此次专利运营进行研究,为中国企业的专利运营提供参考。In 2011, Google acquired Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion. This acquisition enable Google better protect Android from anti-competitive threats from Microsoft, Apple and other companies. This paper studies the importance of patent in Google＇s acquisition. Base on this study, some observations and suggestions can be made to help Chinese enterprises develop patent operation.
