摘　　要：本文介绍了涂料领域2005—2016年PCT申请情况,结合一个具体PCT国际检索报告全A案件对欧美局检索策略、检索数据库、检索结果、与申请人沟通进行了分析,归纳了他局审查可借鉴之处,提高了国家知识产权局专利审查效率。The article introduced the PCT applications state of coatings from 2005 to 2016. Combined with a specific PCT international search report of a whole A case, the retrieval strategies, retrieval databases, retrieval results and communication with the applicants of European and American Patent Offices were analyzed. This article summed up the examination experiences of other patent offices, and helped to improve the examination efficiency of the State Intellectual Property Office.
