摘  要:目的 :研究瘤性成牙骨质细胞和牙周膜细胞克隆体外不同的生物学特性。方法 :对瘤性成牙骨质 (CTM)细胞和牙周膜 (PDL)细胞进行克隆化培养 ,分别观察细胞的钙化形态并检测培养液中骨钙素 (OC)的含量。结果 :其钙化的形式有两种 ,一种为弥散型钙化 ,一种为结节状钙化。PDL组结节状钙化为细胞钙化总数的 16 % ,而CTM组结节样钙化为钙化总数的 6 2 % (P <0 .0 1)。两种钙化形式的克隆细胞 16d时的OC含量有明显的不同。结论 :结节状钙化形式可能是成牙骨质细胞钙化的特有形式之一 ,这对今后牙周细胞的移植和牙周组织工程的研究有一定的指导意义。AIM:To identify the different biological expression between periodontal ligament (PDL) cell clone and cementoblastoma (CTM) cell clone in vitro . METHODS:The PDL and CTM cell were cultured and cloned. Using radioimmunlogical technique,the morphological patterns of mineralization were detected, osteocalcin (OC) contents in culture were measured. RESULTS: The results showed that there are two typs of in mineralization colons. One was well defined spherical shaped structure and another showed plaque like deposits. Sixteen percent and 62% percent spherical shaped mineralized clons of total mineralization clons were found in PDL group and CTM group ( P <0.01) respectively. OC content during mineralization between spherical shaped and plaque like mineralized clons was different at 16th day. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that the spherical shaped mineralization was one of unique biological behavior in vitro . It is very important for research of cell transplantation and periodontal tissue engineering.
