摘  要:基于开放建筑理论中支撑体与填充体分离的设计思路,提出住宅平面灵活性可以按照层级秩序,自上向下进行考虑,并通过对结构支撑体进行变量控制及优化,为平面功能布置和调整提供灵活性。主要研究了3种住宅结构支撑体选型的特征、支撑体对住宅平面灵活性3个方面的影响、实现灵活性的策略与技术等,希望能够从设计的角度改善住宅的灵活性,也为住宅平面设计提供新的思路。Based on the design idea of the separation of support and the filling body in the open building theory, this article proposes that the residential plane flexibility can be considered according to the hierarchical order and from top to bottom. Through the variables control and optimization for the structural support, it can provide the flexibility for plane function Layout and adjustment. This article mainly studies the characteristics of three kinds of supports used in housing structure; the influence of support over the residential plane flexibility in three aspects; and the strategy and technology to realize flexibility; author hopes to improve the housing flexibility from the aspect of design; and provide new ideas for the design of residential plane.
